  • Premium Bread Pudding Recipe

    I’ve been to a number of Vegas buffets since I lived there for a few years.  They were amazing, maybe more amazing than people expect when they try them for the first time.

    What always made me laugh was as good as the whole buffet was, they would have a tray of bread pudding on the end, and that bread pudding was always one of my favorite parts of the whole experience.

    Today we have a bread pudding recipe that will include the premium syrup brand Torani (#notsponsored).  Torani makes many different flavors you can pick up on Walmart or Amazons website’s, and Starbucks and some other premium brands also make really great syrups for coffee, hot milk, Italian sodas, cooking and more.

    The Torani Syrup Bread Pudding Recipe

    2 cups milk

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup sugar

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    6 egg yolks

    8 slices of cubed bread (this recipe recommends brioche)

    4 ounces of unsalted butter

    3/4 cup Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup

    How to prepare :

    1 ) melt the butter and tossed the bread in it and bake for 5 minutes

    2) mix the mix, heavy cream, and sugar in a pot a bring to a boil

    3 ) mix the yolks, vanilla, salt, and syrup in a bowl

    4 ) temper the eggs by “SLOWLY” mixing in the hot milk mixture

    5 ) pour over the bread and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours

    6 ) scoop into small bowls and bake in the oven at 350 degrees, with water in the base tray
