So, the OMAD diet is simply, one meal a day. Essentially you would eat one meal during the whole day, either mid day or afternoon sometime. I'm considering trying it for the first time, but want to hear if anyone here has maybe tried it? If so, would you recommend it maybe?

I haven't tried it myself, but I've written several articles about it (I'm a writer).
If you really want to give it a go, I suggest you put some effort into research first. It's vitally important that the meal you will be eating has enough of everything to keep you sustained and healthy. A simple meal with potatoes and a small portion of vegetables and meat won't cut it.
